Rayhan Malik is the Head Athletic Trainer for the Toronto Raptors. He is a dual-credentialed clinician in athletic therapy and strength and conditioning. Rayhan's role with the Raptors involves immediate medical care, integrative rehabilitation services, and injury reduction strategies. Prior to joining the Raptors, Rayhan spent four seasons with the Raptors 905 as Head Athletic Trainer. Before joining the Toronto Raptors organization, Rayhan served as an athletic therapist for Team Ontario’s U-17 Boys’ Basketball team, York University’s Men’s Rugby Team, and a variety of multidisciplinary clinics across Toronto. He is a graduate of York University where he completed his BSc with Honours in Kinesiology as well as the Athletic Therapy Certificate Program in 2015. He then went on to complete a Masters of Health Science with a Specialization in Athletic Training at the University of St. Augustine in 2019. Currently, he is in the process of obtaining a Doctorate of Education with a Specialization in Athletic Training from the University of St. Augustine.
