We use an umbrella approach with the team. This means not disconnecting mental health from physical wellness. Here’s some simple ways to check in with yourself to make sure you’re also achieving that balance.
‘The Check-in Check List’
● Attend to your own needs. Whether personal or family needs, you have to pay attention to yourself.
● Lean into existing skills. What are you good at? What makes you feel capable? Put these skills to use in your professional and personal life.
● Chemistry starts with inclusion. Family and friends help us build connection and refuel our tanks, it’s just as important to check in with them.
● Nothing is static. Make a habit of looking at your goals in the short and long term and adjust for change, in yourself and in life.
